A new year, same old life

Life has slowed down here in the Hartman home. We've settled into our routines post winter break and therefore life not an exciting barrage of activities anymore.

The only real news is that I've started school again. I'm working on getting my high school endorsement so that I can keep my job (fingers crossed) and so far, that's going really well. I'm doing online courses which for me may be a bit of an issue - the issue is not being online - I'm online constantly - but not having solid deadlines of where to be and when - which for this procrastinator, is a major issue. Academically I'm doing well so far - I even got 100% on my first paper for the course (which was due the first day - ick).

Herman is still on the job hunt, but does a fantastic job of making sure our pup is happy and healthy. This has come in handy, especially since I've begun tutoring after school a few days a week, and I don't get home until quite late. I would feel really bad if Mukluk was cooped up in the house the entire time. This month is the end of the semester at school - so I have late nights grading anyways - and the time away is killer. In fact, I'm supposed to be grading right now - but blogging sounded like more fun.

Anyways, I suppose I can't put that grading off forever -
